These sessions are designed to fit into your day, when you need it most, where you need it most, and are designed to keep you on track with your personal mindful movement goals.
A great way to stay connected to your practice with your friends and/or family. Some additional ideas for group yoga sessions are for bachelor/bachelorette parties, fundraising events, and team building, just to name a few.
Prior to each session, a consultation will take place beforehand to ensure all yoga and mindfulness needs are met.
